Sephora Rouge Sale Haul Nov 2018

Am I the only one who feels like Sephora has had way more sales than usual this year? I mean, I’m not complaining! Although my bank account I’m sure is not too thrilled. If you haven’t heard, Sephora is currently having their Rouge Holiday Event, which is 20% off everything in store for Rouge members. The sale ran last weekend Oct 26-29 and this weekend Nov 2-5. This is likely their last 20% off event of the year so I made sure I took advantage.

In all honestly there wasn’t a ton of things that I needed to get since I bought so much over the summer, but I can’t resist Sephora so I picked up some restocks and of course a few little treats!

Take a peek at my haul below and look for reviews of all products coming soon!

Makeup:

Skincare:

Hair and Body:

Free samples for Rouge members during the sale:

There’s still 2 days left of the sale (ends at midnight on Nov 5) so make sure you don’t miss out!

My Favorite Sephora Holiday 2018 Gift Sets

It’s November, and you know what that means?! I can officially start talking about Christmas! I feel as though I have to bite my tongue all October and then the second Halloween is over, it’s my time.

One of the things that I love to do each year is browse the holiday gift sets that stores put out, and which better store than to do this at than Sephora?! I’ve been keeping an eye on the Sephora holiday gift sets since September and I have rounded up my favorites below:

Sephora Favorites Best Hair Kit Ever – $32 ($80 value)

hair kit

If you haven’t tried a Sephora Favorites kit yet, you have no idea what you’re missing out on. This kit comes with 8 products in a cute rose gold makeup bag. The products are suitable for all hair types and it’s a great way to try out new things.

Sol De Janeiro Bum Bum Carnaval Magic – $49

SDJ

There’s a reason why this cream is a cult favorite! This set comes with two tubs of the infamous Bum Bum cream, the body mist and my personal favorite, the lip balm. You do not want to miss out on this!

L’Occitane Holiday Almond Ornament – $14

almond

I love gifts that can actually be hung on the tree and Sephora never disappoints in bringing out a new one each year. This one contains some of my favorite products from L’Occitane and I can’t wait to put it on my tree! Bonus tip – the almond oil works great for shaving your legs!

Too Faced Under The Christmas Tree Breakaway Face & Eye Set – $52 ($250 value)

toofaced

Run to Sephora to pick this one up because I guarantee it won’t last! It comes with two eyeshadow palettes (I adore Too Faced eyeshadows!), a face palette with highligher/bronzer/brush, and a Better Than Sex mascara. This is a “one for you, one for me” kind of purchase!

Peter Thomas Roth Mask Frenzy – $95

ptr

Peter Thomas Roth masks are amazing, but they can get pricey. This gift set is a great way to try out the brands best selling masks without the cost commitment of purchasing separately. It comes with Irish Moor Mud Purifying Black Mask, Hungarian Thermal Water Mineral-Rich Atomic Heat Mask, 24K Gold Mask Pure Luxury Lift & Firm Mask, Rose Stem Cell Bio-Repair Gel Mask, Pumpkin Enzyme Mask Enzymatic Dermal Resurfacer, Cucumber Gel Mask Extreme De-Tox™ Hydrator. I suspect this one won’t last long either!

Do you have any you would like to share?

Review: Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow

Since it’s Monday I think we all need a pick-me-up and so it just makes sense that I should share my experience with a brand that’s not only fun and cheerful, but definitely works as a pick-me-up for your skin!

I have incredibly oily skin and it’s tough for me to find products that control the oil while also providing much needed moisture and radiance. That was until I found Glow Recipe’s Watermelon Glow line!

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask – $59

watermelonglow

I bought the mask on a whim on our trip to Vegas back in August. I was immediately drawn to the color and the watermelon on the packaging (I looooove watermelon!). Once I got home I didn’t waste any time in trying it and loved the result: glowing, smooth, radiant and controlled skin! You put this on before bed and leave it on overnight. The smell is amazing, actually like watermelons without being too fake, and since it sinks into your skin right away, there’s no residue or film left on your pillow. Its formula includes soothing, amino-acid rich Watermelon Extract, hydrating Hyaluronic Acid, and pore refining AHA for perfectly smooth skin every single time!

Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Pink Juice Moisturizer – $50

watermelonjuice

It literally took me one use to fall in love with the mask so I purchased the moisturizer immediately. Taken from the Glow Recipe website, the moisturizer is “Spiked with vitamin- and amino acid-rich watermelon extract, plumping hyaluronic acid, and soothing botanicals like peony and jasmine extracts, this cooling gel-emulsion absorbs instantly to seal in hydration and prep skin for the day ahead. Antioxidants guard against free radicals and repair damaged cells along the way. Used morning and night, it drenches skin in luscious, long-lasting moisture. ” Who doesn’t want that?!

I use the sleeping mask about once a week, more often if my skin is looking particularly tired or dull, and I use the moisturizer daily in the morning after my usual skincare routine.
Has anyone tried anything else from Glow Recipe? What did you think?

FabFitFun Fall 2018

You know that a new season is on the horizon when it’s FabFitFun time again! The Fall box completely took me by surprise this year by arriving about 3 weeks earlier than normal. A great thing to come home to after a somewhat challenging day.

As usual, I tore into the box as soon as it arrived leaving me with little opportunity to take some good pictures, but I just couldn’t wait to see what I got and start using everything.

All subscribers receive the following:

  • Glam Glow Bubble sheet masks – you actually get 2 of these but I used one right away.download
  • Beautyblender – I was SO excited to see this in my box. I’ve been a big BB fan for a while now and I needed a new one2982458_fpx

Friday Favorites: August 3rd

Now that August is here so is the busiest two weeks I have had in a long time and I haven’t had a ton of time to spend pampering myself. So, I have had to look for some time saving options, and thankfully, I haven’t been left disappointed!

FRESH Lotus Youth Preserve Rescuse Mask

I’m seriously shocked that it took me this long to find this! It is amazing! After using it my skin feels instantly smoother, softer and plumper, and I received so many compliments on my skin when I had to go out without makeup. As with all Fresh products, the Lotus mask is sulfate, paraben and phthalates free, and smell amazing! Highly, highly recommend! The best part? You only need 5 minutes 2-3 times per week!

Patchology Eye Gel Patches

patchology

These. Are. Amazing. I picked a sample pack of these at the airport in New York last year on a whim and I didn’t know much about them so I ended up giving them away. Then a few weeks ago I saw them at Saks and decided to try them out, I’m actually annoyed with myself for giving the first ones away because I don’t know how I managed to live without them! The patches contain caffeine and hydrolyzed collagen, and they really do work miracles on my tired looking eyes and dark circles. I have tried many different gel patches and none of them compare to these, plus you only need to use them for 15 minutes.

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask

Another product that I don’t know how I survived without. I bought it while waiting in line at Sephora (you know exactly the type of purchase I’m talking about!) and I’m so glad that I did. First up, it smells amazing, kind of like a berry smoothie. And then it kind of feels like how you would imagine a berry smoothie to feel, kind of soothing and sweet. You put this on before bed and wake up in the morning to soft, smooth lips reducing the need to use a scrub. It really does work!

Anyone else have any time saving beauty products that you can’t live without?

Friday Favorites – June 29th

Not only is today Friday, but it’s the best kind of Friday – it’s a long weekend Friday! I hope everyone has some fun plans for the long weekend. As for me, I have almost no plans. Zero. Zilch. And I couldn’t be happier! And, also, how is June almost over?! I swear it’s been, like, a week long.

It’s also time for a new Friday Favorites post!

benefit-cha-cha-balm-hydrating-tinted-lip-balm-d-20140325154307937_345900

I know I featured a lip product (and a tinted lip balm at that!) in my last Friday Favorites post, but this one is also so good that I couldn’t not include this week. I was at Shoppers Drug Mart just browsing, and I came across Benefit Cosmetics Hydrating Tinted Cha Cha Balm and I had to have it! Infused with mango balm and a super pretty subtle coral color, it is the perfect shade for summer. The color is build-able depending on the look you want, and the formula is incredibly moisturizing. I have worn this non-stop since I bought it and I think it’s going to be a summer staple for me!

STTR0115F_1_L

The second product on my Friday Favorites list this week is another one that I randomly discovered during the same Shoppers Drug Mart trip as before. Admittedly, the St Tropez Self Tan Purity Bronzing Water Face Mist is a little weird at first glance. It’s a clear scented spray that you apply on clean skin as a self-tanner. I was skeptical, but I love trying new products so I thought it was worth a shot, and I was not disappointed! The color it gives you is very, very subtle so if you are looking for that “I just got back from a week at the beach” look, this is not for you. But, it does give you a slight tan. Most importantly, the color is even, not orange, and does not leave streaks. What’s not to love?!
pinkdrink

And last, but certainty not least, is something that I feel will be a Friday Favorite for a long, long time because I am absolutely, utterly obsessed with the Starbucks Pink Drink. I know that I’m way late to this party, but I live in Canada and sometimes it takes a while for us to catch up. If you haven’t tried this yet, you need to go to Starbucks right now and get one. It’s their strawberry acai refresher with coconut milk. It’s dairy free, only 140 calories in the grande size, and tastes like strawberry Starbursts! What’s not to love?!
What is everyone else loving this week?

FabFitFun Summer 2018

Sooo, I really wanted to do a cute unboxing post of my Summer 2018 FabFitFun box, but I was so excited to receive it that I just dove right in. Then last night my dog decided that he is also a FabFitFun fan and chewed some of the packing. Needless to say, the pics below are the best I could do! As always, my FabFitFun box did not disappoint, and was filled to the brim with summer goodies.

  • Foreo Fofo Luna: this is the device that you had no idea that you need… until you have it! I have been using it now for 4 days and my skin already feels smoother, cleaner, looks brighter, and my makeup goes on better. It connects to an app that does a personalized skin analysis using two sensors, and tells you the best way to wash your face.
  • foreo-fofo
  • Summer & Rose Beach Towel  (pineapple): This was a Choice Item (for all members), you could either pick a Yumi Train Case *which I have in the mail on its way to me* or a towel. With the towel you had a choice of pineapples or a tropical design. I picked pineapples because ever since my first trip to Hawaii 6 years ago, I’ve been everything pineapple obsessed. These beach towels are oversized and made from microfibre, which means that sand won’t stick! All I need now is a beach to test it out on..
  • summer-rose-towels-1
  • Tarte Tarteist PRO glow highlight & contour palette: If you are a Select member you will be able to choose which Tarte item you would like, if you are not Select, you, you would either receive the contour kit or an eyeshadow kit with an eyeliner. This kit is actually so cute! It comes with 6 highly pigmented shades and a mirror on either side. Major bonus is that it kind of smells like chocolate!

  • tarte-contour
  • Aromatherapy Associates De-Stress Muscle gel: This was another Choice Item, giving members a option of the muscle gel, a body scrub, or a ring. This gel is AMAZING! The main scents are lavender and rosemary and the smell is incredibly relaxing and cooling! I had sore legs a couple of days ago and it worked wonders for it. I even slept through the night that night so I’m considering this gel to be double duty!
  • aromatherapy-gel
  • Vasanti Brighten Up Enzymatic Face Rejuvenator: The second Select Item was a choice of either a resistance band, a wallet, or the face rejuvenator. This is an exfoliating cleanser, which I haven’t used yet but I can’t wait to give myself an at home facial with this!
  • vasanti-brightenup
  • Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel: this is the third Select Item, giving you a choice of the peel or a heat protectant spray for your hair. First up, this smells divine! I have only used it once so far but already I can notice a difference in my skin. It’s made from exfoliating papaya, nourishing milk protein, and moisturizing vitamin E. Um, yes please!
  • elemis-peel
  • Pier 1 Imports Marble Ring Dish: before I received my box I wasn’t sure what I would do with this dish, but now that I have seen it in person I’m loving it. It’s beautiful! Right now I’m using it as a “catch all” on my bathroom counter.
  • pier1-marble
  • COOLA Classic Face SPF 50: this sunscreen is made from organic ingredients and it doubles up as a moisturizer! There is nothing you can put on your skin that is more important than sunscreen so this item is priceless! It’s also amazing, I’ve tried it already while sitting out on a patio 🙂
  • coola-spf
  • Wildlife Conservation Society paper straw: every box always has an a sponsored freebie item, and this season was a paper straw. SO fitting with everything we have been hearing about the environment lately. I’m always up for anything that will help. Click here for some info on how plastic straws affect wildlife.

In addition to the items listed above, I purchased three of the “add-ons”, which are all the alternative selections to what I received above:

  • Orlando Pita Play Atmos Heat Protectant Spray – I paid $10 USD, but the retail price is $34 USD
  • orlando-spray.JPG
  • Jaboneria Marianella Hawaiian Black Lava Body Cavier – again, I paid $10 USD, but the retail price is $48 USD
  • marianella-body-caviar
  •  Maji Sports Loop Resistance Band – $10 USD for me, $15 USD retail
  • maji-sports-1_1024x1024

See why I am so addicted to this subscription box?! FabFitFun boxes arrive seasonally (March, June, September, & December) and cost only $49.99 USD. Shipping in the USA is free, and shipping to Canada is $8 USD.

The Summer 2018 box is now sold out, but you can still purchase the Editor’s Box, which includes some of the items above, plus some additional products! There is also a brand new Pinterest Box curated especially with FabFitFun and Pinterest! Click here to purchase either the Editor’s Box, Pinterest Box, or the upcoming Fall 2018 box. This link will also give you a discount $10 off your first box 🙂

Favourite Products from Summer 2017

September Writing Challenge #4 – Favourite Products from Summer 2017

I’ve said it before and I will continue to say it, I’m a product junkie. The amount of stuff in my bathrooms, closet and just all over the place in general is insane. The title of this post is pretty vague and I realize that products could mean pretty much anything, but I’m going to stick with makeup/beauty type products to make this easier for me to write, and for you to read.

I love everything about Summer. The weather, the clothing, the feeling of freedom (which is weird since I work FT), and of course, the products. I’m super excited to share with you some of my highly used and favourited products of Summer 2017!

Urban Decay – Naked Flushed – $35 – Sephora (Naked Flushed)

2017-09-08 13_31_21-Naked Flushed - Urban Decay _ Sephora

I was walking through Macy’s in the Fashion Show Mall in Vegas when I was stopped by a girl working at the UD counter, she wanted me to try out some highlighter. I have SUPER oily skin so I really don’t feel like I need a highlighter, I have enough shine, thank you! But, she was nice and I was just killing time so I let her go for it. She used the Naked Flushed trio on me, which is a blush, bronzer and highligher in one, and I was amazed! My skin looked SO GOOD! Of course I ended up buying it and I have used it every day since. The colours and coverage were perfect and pretty natural looking, although you could layer more if you wanted a more dramatic look. It comes in 6 different shades, and she used Streak on my olive medium toned skin. Highly, highly recommend this! It’s something that I will repurchase over and over.  Oh, and it’s great for travelling since it’s eliminates the need to carry all three items separately.

Boscia – Multi-Masking Medley – $24 – Sephora (Multi-Masking Medley)

2017-09-08 13_31_15-Multi-Masking™ Medley - boscia _ Sephora

I found this mask set while I was at a Sephora event earlier in the Summer. I had to spend something like $18 to get a free gift (the free gift probably wasn’t worth the $18 btw, but how could I resist?!) so I just grabbed this on my way to the counter. I’m so glad that I did! I’ve actually already repurchased it twice since then. I don’t know about you guys, but I have been wanting to try a peel off mask forever but after hearing a lot of horror stories, I wasn’t sure it was for me. Well, these masks change all of that. Seriously. They are unreal! The set comes with three different kinds:

  • Luminizing Black Mask (you get 2 of these)
  • Green Tea Oil-Control Mask
  • Bright White Mask

You apply a thick layer to clean skin and leave it for around 30-40 minutes to dry. Once dry you experience one of the most satisfying experiences in life of peeling it off in one go. Each mask has left my skin feeling cleaner, softer, and looking brighter. I love these so much that I’m actually going to buy another pack of these this weekend.

Boscia – Sake Brightening Hydrogel Eye Masks – $20 – Sephora (Sake Eye Masks)

2017-09-08 13_31_09-Sake Brightening Hydrogel Eye Masks - boscia _ Sephora

Another Boscia product that is turning me into a major Boscia fan. While I was in New York earlier this year, I tried some gel eye masks and fell in love with them. Unfortunately, I can’t find them in Canada so I have been looking for alternatives ever since. Luckily for me, I found them! I bought these eye masks when I was buying my second pack of the face masks above. Boscia promises to hydrate and brighten the skin around your eyes throughout regular use of these masks and I can vouch for them that they achieve their goal. The skin around my eyes definitely feels smoother and looks brighter. Huge bonus is how cooling and relaxing they feel when they are on your skin!

Philosophy Pure Grace Summer Surf – Firming Body Emulsion – $37 – Philosophy (Summer Surf Body Emulsion)

2017-09-08 13_30_46-pure grace summer surf _ body emulsion _ philosophy

This was another Macy’s purchase when I was in Las Vegas. It was the second to last day of our trip, I was feeling sad about going home and wanted to find something that will always remind me of summer. This body emulsion did not disappoint! It’s kind of hard to describe how it smells, other than it just smells like summer in a bottle! It smells sort of like the ocean mixed with sunscreen (the good smelling kind) mixed with relaxation. The smell lasts a while on your skin too, I find on me that I can smell it very faintly even at the end of the day. Philosophy products are always great and this one is no exception, my skin feels instantly soft and moisturized every time I use this. It’s perfection after a relaxing shower!

What are your favourite products of the summer?

Friday Favourites: Fakin’ It!

This week has definitely not been as crazy as last week, but I think leftover stress and tension from the past few weeks has got in a little and has left me SO exhausted all week. I’m usually a morning person, almost jumping out of bed when my alarm goes off but not lately. I’ve been waking up feeling more exhausted than when I went to bed and find that I’m dragging my feet all day. As a result I have needed some extra “help” when it comes to my beauty routine

Jergens Natural Glow – $6-8 – Drugstores (Jergens Natural Glow)

2017-08-23 07_54_37-jergens natural glow medium to tn - Google Search

I’m one of those people who just looks healthy and happier with a tan., I love having golden tanned skin but sitting out in the sun frying your skin is obviously no bueno. Luckily with Jergens Natural Glow, you don’t have to sit out in the sun, and still get the “I just came back from a week in Hawaii” look. I have been using this for years and I think I would actually be heartbroken if Jergens ever stopped making this. I have tried so many self tanners and spray tans and nothing gives me the natural colour I get from this. The colour shows up gradually over time so it doesn’t leave streaks and true to its name, it results in a natural, golden tan.

I would love to try the 3 Days to Glow and Wet Skin Moisturizer versions but I can’t seem to track them down in Canada, so I just use the original. I go with the medium to tan formula since I already have olive skin.

Kevin Murphy Fresh Hair Dry Shampoo –  approx $33 – Select Salons (Fresh Hair)

2017-08-23 08_04_37-FRESH.HAIR _ Kevin.Murphy – Skincare for Your Hair

I feel like dry shampoo is the ultimate beauty product for “fakin’ it” and this list wouldn’t be complete without my favourite one! Let’s face it, some mornings the last thing you want to do is deal with washing and drying your hair. If you are anything like me, it’s by far the most time consuming part of your morning routine and some days dry shampoo is your only option.

This dry shampoo is definitely not the cheapest but it’s SO GOOD. First, it smells amazing, kind of like creamsicles, it doesn’t leave any white residue, it does exactly what it’s promised, *and* for every can sold, Kevin Murphy will donate a portion to help reduce carbon emissions!

A huge bonus with Fresh Hair is that it has a double use, not only can it be used to fake fresh, clean hair, it can also be used on clean hair to create texture. I use it almost every time I curl my hair to give it texture that my straight, fine hair is desperately missing.

Benefit Cosmetics Boi-ing Industrial Strength Concealer – $27 – Sephora (Boi-ing)

2017-08-23 08_13_27-Boi-ing Industrial Strength Concealer - Benefit Cosmetics _ Sephora

This product really deserves a post of its own, but I also couldn’t create this list without including it. I have been using Benefit’s Boi-ing since 2006 (yes, 11 years!) because it really is that good! I have tried other concealers but nothing has been able to give me the coverage and matte finish of this one. It’s the absolute perfect makeup product for hiding any imperfections and dark circles (of which I have many) and no “fakin’ it” list would be complete without it!

Crest 3D White Brilliance 2 Step Toothpaste – approx $12 – Drugstores (3D White)

2017-08-23 08_20_24-Crest 3D White Brilliance Daily Cleansing Toothpaste and Whitening Gel System _

When I’m having a tough time getting going in the morning the first thing I reach for is coffee. I’m lactose intolerant so I drink my coffee black, which is good for my soul, not too good for my teeth! Coffee plus red wine does not equal pearly whites so I often need some assistance in that area. I do Crest Whitestrips 1-2 times a year but to keep my teeth looking clean and white, I use Crest 3D White Brilliance 2-Step Toothpaste a few times a week. Exactly as the name describes, it’s a 2 step process where you brush your teeth with the deep cleansing toothpaste, then before rinsing you use the whitening finisher, which is a clear gel. After using this my teeth feel squeaky clean and sparkling white and you can’t even tell that I’m running on 80% coffee and 20% dry shampoo 🙂

What are your favourite products/tips to “fake it”?

Friday Favourites: Pampering Edition

I don’t think I have ever been this happy to see Friday arrive, this week has been INSANE! Sunday night I had an idea of how I thought this week would go and it ended up throwing me for a total loop and being completely different. Between work drama, an ever growing workload, bridesmaid dress shopping, getting my house back to normal after throwing a bridal shower last weekend (so fun!), and just normal life, I have had enough with this week and I seriously cannot wait for work to be over today so that I can go home and relax with a glass of wine and have some well-deserved downtime.

So, I thought that in honor of my crazy week, I am going to focus this weeks’ Friday Favourites on products that are perfect for pampering yourself, and you can imagine that they have been well used this week!

Fresh Rose Face Mask – $75 – Sephora (Rose Face Mask)

2017-08-18 14_36_57-Rose Face Mask - Fresh _ Sephora

Whenever I’m really stressed, my skin really starts to suffer and starts looking dull and tired. One thing I found that really helps is the Rose Face Mask by Fresh. Not only does it revive dull, dry and tired skin, it has a cooling sensation and smells amazing! I mean, with an average of 2.5 roses per jar, how could it not smell amazing?! As soon as this mask touches my skin, I instantly feel better. The consistency is more of a gel and it doesn’t harden while on your skin. You leave it on for the desired amount on time, wash it off with water, and just like that, you look (and feel) refreshed again! This is one skin product that I will always keep in my cabinet.

Laura Mercier Fresh Fig Honey Bath – $56 – Sephora (Fig Honey Bath)

2017-08-18 14_45_20-Fresh Fig Honey Bath - Laura Mercier _ Sephora

When you’re feeling stressed and burnt out is there anything better than taking a bubble bath?! I think not. Especially when you add in Laura Mercier’s Fresh Fig Honey Bath. This stuff is seriously amazing! The consistency is truly like honey and it really takes your bubble bath to the next level. Whenever I use this, the entire upstairs of my house smells like fresh figs and it’s both luxurious and fresh smelling. The tub itself is full of bubbles and afterwards your skin feels soft, smooth and lightly fragranced. Definitely a winner in the relaxation department!

It’s pricey but you only need a little bit (1-2 swirls from the super cute wooden honey twirler that comes with it), so the jar lasts for a long time and it’s great at doubling up as bathroom decor!

Voluspa Embossed Glass Chewan Bowl Candle – Japanese Plum Bloom – $33 – Nordstrom (Voluspa )

2017-08-18 14_52_27-Voluspa Embossed Glass Chawan Bowl Candle _ Nordstrom

I feel as though a relaxing night in wouldn’t be complete without some candles, especially if you are enjoying a bubble bath. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love candles, my house is full of them and it’s rare that I don’t have at least one burning at all times. However, a favourite for me right now is the Voluspa range. They have a huge range of scents, and colours, and one cool fact is their wax is coconut wax! The Japanese Plum Bloom is definitely one of my favourites, it’s floral but also fruity and the purple colour of the glass is stunning! Just like the honey bath above, these candles can double up as decor and look great in either a living room, bathroom, or even bedroom. They are also really great gifts!

Folklore Hand Cream – Raspberry – $8 – Chapters Indigo (Folklore Hand Cream)

2017-08-18 14_57_51-Folklore Hand Cream - Raspberry 50ml by Folklore _ Lotions & Oils Gifts _ chapte

If you are unable to do the full bubble bath/face mask/candles routine above, then using a rich, nourishing hand cream is a great alternative. Folklore hand creams leave your hands feeling immediately moisturized, calming dry or overworking hands and leave a delicious raspberry scent. I always have a tube of it in my bag!

Fresh Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Cream – $32 – Sephora – (Sugar Lip Cream)

2017-08-18 14_58_15-Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Treatment - Fresh _ Sephora

Last but definitely not least, this is a product that I cannot live without. My lips are always dry. I think it’s a mixture of the dry climate in my city, being stuck in an air conditioning office building all day, wearing lipsticks, and not drinking enough water (I know, I need to work on that). I have tried just about everything and nothing compares to the Advanced Lip Therapy Cream from the Fresh Sugar line. It’s translucent so it doesn’t leave any colour and it always leaves my lips feeling moisturized and smooth. Huge bonus is that it also tastes really good! Since it smooths out fine lines, it’s also a perfect primer under other lip products. This is another staple that is always in my bag… and bathroom…. and car… and office.

***Enjoy!***
